Licence & activation
Entering your licence key, unlocking the app, activating on a new computer — the most common answers are in the FAQ and the installation help.
Lost your licence key? No problem — just get in touch and we'll resend it to the email address used for the purchase.
Installation
Download, installation and the first launch on Windows and macOS — explained step by step in the installation help. The notice macOS or Windows shows on first open is covered there too.
Invoice & withdrawal
Your invoice arrives by email — small-business scheme under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), so no VAT is shown. Bought BILLEVO online and want to withdraw? Everything about your right of withdrawal is on the withdrawal page.
System requirements
BILLEVO Standard runs locally on your computer — no forced cloud, with an occasional online licence check (with a 30-day offline tolerance). Here's what you need:
- Windows: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- macOS: a current version of macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel)
- around 500 MB of free disk space and an occasional internet connection for the licence check
Your data stays local on your device — and belongs to you.
