Electronic withdrawal function pursuant to § 356a German Civil Code (BGB) — permanently available and without login.

Here you can cancel your contract with us quickly and without logging in. We provide this electronic withdrawal function pursuant to § 356a German Civil Code (BGB) on a permanent, clearly visible and easily accessible basis.
Withdrawal takes place in two steps: first you enter the necessary details (Step 1), then you confirm your withdrawal using the “Confirm withdrawal” button (Step 2). Your withdrawal is only deemed declared once you confirm. We will confirm receipt without undue delay by email (durable medium).
Good to know: You do not have to give a reason. To meet the 14-day withdrawal period (from the day the contract is concluded), it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal before the period expires.
Please note: For digital content (software download and license key), the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) BGB as soon as we have begun performance after you have expressly consented and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. For BILLEVO, the right of withdrawal is therefore regularly already expired once the license key has been delivered. For details, see the withdrawal policy.

Your withdrawal has been received
Your withdrawal has been received — you will receive a confirmation by email. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium (by email). In the event of an eligible refund, we will refund payments already made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or write to us informally at service@billevo.de.

You do not have to use this online form. You can also declare your withdrawal
- using the model withdrawal form, which you complete and return to us (not mandatory), or
- informally by email to service@billevo.de, by phone at +49 172 6847722, or by post to Kristian Kiel, Osdorfer Weg 86 B, 22607 Hamburg, Germany.
An unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient in any case. To meet the deadline, sending it in good time is enough.
