Yes. BILLEVO Standard costs a one-time €99 (small business under § 19 German VAT Act, no VAT — final price, no extra costs) — no automatic re-billing, no follow-up costs for the core features. Premium (automation) is added later as an option and can be cancelled monthly — cancelling breaks nothing.

The purchase runs securely via Stripe — with card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna or Link. After buying, you receive your license key by email and activate it in the app.

Available to buy today is Standard (€99, one-time, all 90 features). Premium — automation such as BILLEVO Connect — is in preparation. Price to follow. Business for firms & agencies is on the roadmap — not yet available, feel free to register interest via the contact form. We don't sell anything that isn't finished yet.

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. So that you receive your license key immediately, you expressly agree at checkout to immediate provision — which means the right of withdrawal expires once execution begins (§ 356 (5) BGB). All details: withdrawal policy. Tip: try BILLEVO free for 30 days beforehand — with no payment details at all.

Download, install, get started — no payment details and no account. You test the full feature set locally on your computer for 30 days. If you buy afterwards, all your data is preserved.

You're never locked out: reading, exporting, backup, restore and printing always work — even after the 30-day trial has expired. Your data leaves the program at any time in open formats (CSV, JSON, PDF).

With the full export you migrate all your data including receipt attachments in a single JSON file and activate your license on the new computer. The export works without an active license, by the way.

Locally on your computer, in an SQLite database. BILLEVO is local-first and offline-capable; online services such as license activation and updates are separate and transparent. The license checks in online occasionally — with a 30-day offline tolerance.

That seal doesn't exist — nobody can sell it to you. BILLEVO works in a GoBD-aligned way: with an audit log on a SHA-256 hash chain, tamper-evident and verifiable directly in the app.

Automatic backups (daily or weekly, with rotation) plus manual backups and restore — locally, in your folders. E-invoice originals are additionally archived in a GoBD-aligned way (8 years, byte-identical).

Yes, out of the box: create ZUGFeRD/Factur-X (EN 16931) and XRechnung (UBL) — externally validated (veraPDF, KoSIT, Mustang) —, receive, check and archive e-invoices in a GoBD-aligned way. With us, receiving never costs extra.

With the Smart CSV import: customers, invoices, quotes, incoming invoices and expenses — columns are detected automatically, duplicates checked, every import can be undone. Moving data into BILLEVO is free forever.

Yes: DATEV-compatible CSV export (EXTF posting batch, SKR03/SKR04) including incoming invoices, plus cash-basis profit & loss (EÜR) and preliminary VAT return (UStVA) preparation and the tax-advisor package as a one-click export. BILLEVO is not a substitute for tax advice here — it prepares it.

As a signed desktop app for Windows and macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel) — both are available to download. Interface fully in German and English, dark mode and command palette (Ctrl+K) included.

Honest answer: no web app, no cloud sync, no AI features, no multi-user. BILLEVO is deliberately a local single-seat software. Automation (Premium) is in preparation, a Business line on the roadmap — both will arrive only when they're truly finished.
